The TVRA Boys All-Star Volleyball Game took center stage in an electrifying showdown between the purple and blue teams. The purple team emerged victorious in a nail-biting encounter, defeating the blue team 3-2. This match showcased the exceptional skills and sportsmanship of all the players involved.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to the head coaches, Paul Duerden and Steve Brinkman, for their exemplary leadership and guidance throughout the game. Additionally, recognition is extended to the assistant coaches from Lucas, Laurier, Medway, South, WCI, and London Christian for their valuable support and dedication.
Mr. Volleyball Winners:
The event also recognized the outstanding individual performances with the prestigious Mr. Volleyball awards. In Tier 1, Nolan Buck O’Neill from Lucas stood out as the winner, showcasing his exceptional skills and leadership on the court. Tier 2 saw Blake Scatcherd from Oakridge receiving the honor, while Tier 3 celebrated the accomplishments of Noah Morelli from Mgr Bruyere. In the Southeast category, Nate Law from IDCI was acknowledged for his outstanding contributions to the game.
A sincere thank you goes out to Frank Del Donne from STA for spearheading and organizing this event. Frank is always the first to go above and beyond to give back to the sport and give student-athletes a venue to showcase their skills – exemplary leadership! As the volleyball community eagerly awaits the girls’ edition in February, the passion for the sport continues to flourish in the TVRA region.
