The TVRA Girls’ Central and Tri-County Golf Championships were held at Dorchester Golf Club on Tuesday, Sept 20. The STA Flames have repeated as the TVRA Central “A” Champions shooting a combined team score of 265. Team members are Alyssa Burgess, Payton Sparling and J. J. Sparling. The Central Elgin Titans retained the Boys’ Tri-County Golf Championship title with a 3 stroke team total victory over St. Mary’s. The South Collegiate senior football team travelled to Chardon, Ohio on Friday September 9th to take on the Chardon Ohio High School Hilltoppers in pre-season “Friday Night Lights” action.
