Congratulations to Selecia Wall of East Elgin as she is the TVRA Southeast winner of the Ms. Basketball award for 2021. Here are her numerous basketball accomplishments throughout her illustrious high school career:
· Has played high school basketball at the senior level since grade 9
· Has been the senior team’s best defender for the past 3 seasons
· Has been a senior team captain for the past two seasons
· Averaged a double-double in rebounds and points this year
· Has been named MVP of this year’s senior team
· Is a two-time Southeast champion
· Has a senior basketball WOSSAA silver medal
This is in addition to being extremely dedicated to her team, displaying dedication to excelling at basketball, an unmatched determination, and an outstanding teammate. Great work Selecia and good luck in your post-secondary endeavours.
